１．副詞・形容詞を比較級にして文頭に持って来る
２．副詞・形容詞の前に the を加える

＜副詞化例＞
あなたはお金を多く稼ぎます。
You earn much money.
↓
the more money you earn
あなたがお金を稼げば稼ぐほど
＜別の文章への代入例＞
The more money you earn, the stingier you would become.
あなたはお金を稼げば稼ぐほど、けちになることでしょう。

風が強いです。
The wind is strong.
